All the products furnished to GI shall comply with the material standards (“Standard”) specified in Exhibit A of this commitment; and 本公司保證前項附件所列各項物質之含量與標準，係由公正之第三單位檢驗，並檢附檢驗報告為憑。本公司並保證該檢驗報告並無任何虛偽不實情事。 2. All the products have been inspected and proved to comply with the above Standard by just third entity who is engaged in professional testing business with written instrument contained herein, and such written instrument shall be considered true and authentic without any unconscionable and deceptive condition. 本公司承諾，如有違反前揭規定致 貴公司受有損害時，願負責賠償所有損害，並負擔相關法律責任。 3.
