本科生毕业论文 PAGE \* ROMAN II D厂叶片抛光提效改善研究 摘要：D厂是中国生产汽轮机的典型的装备制造厂，面临着日益激烈而残酷的市场竞争，越是大型的企业越需要不断地提升自我竞争力、提高生产效率并降低成本。目前，D厂正在大力推行降本增效，并启动了降本增效项目，而叶片抛光提效就是其中一个重要部分。所以针对D厂生产情况，运用IE思想及方法研究本课题改善研究内容如下：（1）通过现场的采集与跟踪的数据，绘制生产布局图、加工路线图等来分析D厂的现状，通过5W1H、ECRS等手法对流程进行优化，得到更优的生产流程；（2）记录测量加工时间，确定评比系数和宽放率，然后制定标准工时，将其与D厂实际工时定额进行对比分析；（3）根据厂内现场实际情况，通过定性分析，进行布局优化，达到缩短搬运时间和减少搬运距离的目的；（4）设计叶片抛光工序的SOP，规范员工作业，使员工作业标准化。最终通过提效改善达到提高D厂叶片抛光加工的效率，并降低成本的目的。 关键字：抛光； 提效； 标准工时； 布局优化； SOP 111111 On the study about the improvement of the blade polishing in D factory Abstract: There is no doubt that, the larger scale one enterprise is, the more necessity it needs to improve the efficiency and lower the cost, which make it more competitive, in this more and more fierce business world. And D factory is just in this situation. Recently, D factory is trying its best to practice the policy of efficiency improvement and cost reduce, in which the efficiency improvement of blade polishing is a very important part. So, considering the situation of D factory by the means of IE , this paper will focus on the following several parts: (1) finding a better producing process line by using 5W1H, ECRS after collecting and analyzing the data, drawing the production layout and the processing line to figure out the situation of the factory; (2)measuring and recording the time of processing, and making comparison between it and the actual time; (3) shortening the time and distance of material handing by analyzing the working site layout and improving; (4) designing the SOP of blade polishing, and regulating the operation of workers. By all the means, the goal of efficiency improvement and cost reducing will be realised.
