杭州动漫产业发展研究与分析 摘 要 本文首先简单介绍了动漫产业的国内外研究状况，接着，对杭州动漫产业的现状进行分析，主要从三个方面来阐述：发展基础、行业情况。在了解整体的情况后，运用SWOT分析方法，及对产业其他问题的分析探究杭州动漫发展现状。杭州动漫产业拥有巨大的市场，还有优良的城市文化背景，然而其最大劣势是动漫企业的品牌打不响，在比较分析这一部分，对比美日韩三大动漫产业强国的发展（包括产业发展模式比较和产业链比较），借鉴其成功经验。 然后，在对杭州动漫产业问题分析的基础上，笔者有针对性地提出了杭州动漫产业发展的五个对策：①加强动漫基地的建设；②完善动漫产业链；③加强对原创动漫知识产权保护；④加强动漫人才队伍建设；⑤塑造强势动漫品牌；⑥政府补贴应更加准确；⑦扩大动漫受众群体。 关键词：动漫产业，现状，比较，对策 注：本设计（论文）题目来源于自选。 Abstact This paper first briefly introduces the domestic and foreign research status of animation industry Then, to hangzhou cartoon industry are analyzed, and the main from three aspects elaborated: development base, the profession situation. In understanding the whole, then using the SWOT analysis method, and the analysis of the problems of industrial external to explore the current situation of the development of hangzhou cartoon. Hangzhou cartoon industry has a huge market, and the fine city cultural background, but its the biggest disadvantage is cartoon enterprises brand dozen not ring, in this part of comparative analysis, comparative beauty three cartoon industry memories of the development of the power (including industry development is the basic conditions, industry development patterns are and industrial chain more), use its successful experience for reference. Then , in the status quo on the basis of SWOT analysis , the author puts forward five measures of Hangzhou animation industry development : ① to strengthen the base of the building animation ; ②perfecting animation industry chain ; ③ strengthening the protection on the original animation intellectual property ; ④ strengthening the ranks of animation talent ; ⑤ how to create a strong animation brand ; ⑥ government subsidies should be more accurate ; ⑦ expand anime audience .
