材料与设计 中国承压设备材料的国际化趋势 徐 彤 寿比南 桂乐乐 尹立军 张雪涛 孙 超 （中国特种设备检测研究院 北京 100029） 摘 要：本文围绕中国承压设备材料国际化，阐明了中外承压设备材料相互认可的必要性，概述了国 外标准规范认可和接受我国材料牌号的状况，回顾总结了 ASME 锅炉压力容器规范材料卷中国国际工作组自 成立以来的工作成果，提出了中国承压设备材料进入国际标准的步骤和途径，展望了我国材料国际化的未 来发展趋势。文章认为：中国的材料标准被国际上的承压设备标准承认，是我国承压设备产业国际化的努 力方向，不仅将带动我国钢铁产品走向世界，同时也是我国承压设备标准成为国际认可标准的前提条件。 关键词：ASME中国国际工作组 承压设备 材料 标准互认 The internationalization of China pressure equipment materials Xu Tong Shou Binan Gui Lele Yin Lijun Zhang Xuetao Sun Chao (China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute Beijing 100029) Abstract This paper focuses on the internationalization of Chinese pressure equipment materials, illustrates the necessity of mutual recognition of domestic and foreign pressure equipment materials, and an overview of Chinese material grades recognized and accepted by foreign standards, reviews the achievements of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (II) Chinese International Work Group since establishment, proposed pathway of Chinese pressure equipment material cooperated into the international standards, and looks up the future of material internationalization. It points out that Chinese material standards incorporated into international pressure equipment standards is the first step for the internationalization of Chinese pressure equipment industries. Also it can facilitate Chinas iron and steel products to the world market, and is the prerequisite of Chinas pressure equipment standards becoming internationally recognized.
