高校共青团提升大学生创业能力研究Abstract 高校共青团提升大学生创业能力研究 Abstract With Chinas college enrollment.higher education has been changed from the”elite education’’gradually to the”popular education”,In reports of the 1 8th party,the policy of starting a business by workers themselves,encouraging and promoting employment by government will be followed out.Putting encouraging labors and promoting“entrepreneurship drives employment’’as a basic working principle of responsing to the difficult problem of employment;Local government and universities also have formulated corresponding policies and measures to encourage the students to start their own businesses.Communist Youth League in Colleges should fully tap their own characteristics and advantages,innovative ideas, create a favorable business atmosphere,integrate resources and build a platform in order to more effectively promote the development of entrepreneurship education for university students and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of university at the same time. This article,putting entrepreneurial team of making participate in organization of the Communist Youth League of the entrepreneurship competition based on the guidance of Communist Youth League as the research object,taking the form of random interviews and questionnaire survey,combining with interviews and questionnaire analysis results,exploring the league’S role in improving college students’creative ability,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in enhancing college students’creative ability according to the analysis results of the Communist Youth League.This paper follows the logical thinking and technical routes of the arise of the question,the construction frame,the empirical analysis and the solution ofthe problem to analyze and research in four chapters.
