FT3、FT4、TSH与T3、T4联合检测评价甲状腺功能临床意义 摘要：目的：观察FT3、FT4、TSH与T3、T4联合检测评价甲状腺功能临床意义。方法：随机选择2015年1月-2016年12月至我院进行治疗的甲亢和加减患者各100例进行临床研究，随机选择同期至我院进行体检的健康人群100例作为对照组，所有参与研究人员均行甲状腺功能5项检查。观察三组参与研究人员FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH水平，观察三组患者上述指标的符合率。结果：三组参与研究者的FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH水平均有明显差异，且具有统计学差异（P0.05），其中甲亢组患者FT3、FT4、T3、T4均高于对照组，而TSH低于对照组；加减组患者FT3、FT4、T3、T4均低于对照组，而TSH高于对照组。三组参与研究人员FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH指标的符合率无明显差异（P0.05）。结论：FT3、FT4、TSH与T3、T4联合检测对于甲状腺功能检测具有重要的临床意义，是一种可靠的诊断方式，能够准确鉴别患者甲状腺疾病的性质，同时也能够为治疗方案的确定和预后评估提供可靠依据。 关键词：甲状腺功能；FT3；FT4；TSH；T3；T4 The clinical significance of FT3, FT4, TSH and T3, T4 in the evaluation of thyroid function Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of FT3, FT4, TSH and T3 and T4 in the evaluation of thyroid function. Methods: randomly selected in January 2015 -2016 year in December to our hospital for treatment of hyperthyroidism and the addition and subtraction of the 100 cases of patients in clinical study, were randomly chosen to our hospital for physical examination of healthy population in 100 cases as control group, all involved in the study were performed in 5 thyroid function examination. The FT3, FT4, T3, T4 and TSH levels were observed in the three groups, and the coincidence rate of the above indexes in the three groups was observed. Results: the three groups participated in the studies of FT3, FT4, T3, T4 and TSH levels were significantly different, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), in which FT3, FT4, patients with hyperthyroidism group T3 and T4 were higher than the control group, while TSH was lower than the control group; and patients in group FT3, FT4, T3, T4 were lower in control group, while TSH was higher than the control group. There was no significant difference between the three groups in the FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH indicators of the researchers (P0.05).
