毕业论文（设计） 第 PAGE 2 页 大娄山地理单元西部陆生野生动物资源及其特征 摘 要 【摘要】对于大娄山单元陆生野生动物资源的调查,是保护和发展我国珍贵动物资源的基础工作和赖以制订保护措施的重要依据。为摸清我省动物资源的底,加强珍贵动物资源的保护，做到心中有数。本文对大娄山地理单元西北部的陆生野生动物资源分为了爬行类、两栖类、鸟类、兽类四大类型进行数量调查和数据分析。 本此调查属第二次全国陆生野生动物资源调查的贵州省常规调查项目，为贵州省第一个生物地理省的常规调查项目，即贵州大娄山地理单元西部陆生野生动物资源及其特征中的贵州大娄山西部部分区域调查。 2014年底至今，基于系统抽样法，调查组对大娄山西部部分区域进行抽样调查，调查地点包括桐梓县、赤水市，抽样区域包括桐梓县梓松坎、新站镇以及楚米镇；赤水市葫市镇及元厚镇。全区抽样强度大于0.3%，达到了国家林业局《野生动物资源调查技术规程》要求。采用样线法、样方法、样点法、集群地计数法。 进行调查，结果显示:整个大娄山山脉西南部共调查到物种78种，其中鸟类67种，兽类4种，两栖类4种，爬行类3种。 查清贵州大娄山西部生态系统野生动物资源现状，建立野生动物资源档案和数据库；对野生动物资源进行综合评价，提出系统、准确的野生动物资源调查材料、图表材料和调查报告；在资源调查的同事建立野生动物资源监测网络。 关键词：“大娄山单元陆生野生动物资源”“兽类”“鸟类”“爬行类”“两栖类”“抽样调查”。  Dalou mountains in western geographical unit of terrestrial wildlife resources and its characteristics Pick to 【 abstract 】 for dalou mountains unit of terrestrial wildlife resources survey, is the foundation of our precious animal resources protection and development important basis on which to work and make the protection measures.
