杜雷：电机转子零件的冲压工艺及模具设计 安徽工程科技学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE 36 PAGE I 电机转子零件的冲压工艺及模具设计 摘 要 冲压加工作为一个行业，在国民经济的加工工业中占也重要的地位。随着技术的不断进步和冲压生产的迅速发展，对冲压设计工作提出了愈来愈高的要求。冲压设计是一项技术性很强的工作，冲压设计质量的好坏不仅直接影响冲压产品的质量、成本及生产效率，而且也影响着冲压生产的组织与管理。冲压设计既是冲压生产准备工作的基础，也是组织正式生产的依据。 冲压工艺设计是针对给定的产品图样，根据其生产批量的大小、冲压设备的规格、模具制造能力及工人技术水平等，从产品零件图的冲压工艺性分析入手，经过必要的工艺计算，制定出合理的工艺方案，最后编写出冲压工艺卡。 冲压模具设计则是依据制定的冲压工艺规程，在认真考虑毛坯的定位、出件、废料排除等问题以及模具的制造维修方便、操作安全可靠等因素后，构思出与冲压设备相适应的模具总体结构，然后绘制模具总装图和零件图。 关键词：冲压 ； 连续模 ； 排样 ； 工艺计算 Stamping process and mold design of the motor rotor parts Abstract Stamping process as an industry, has an important position in the processing industries of the national economy. As technology continues to progress and rapid development of stamping, stamping increasingly high demands on design work. Stamping designs is a highly technical piece of work, stamping design quality is good or bad is not only directly affects the production of stamping products for quality, cost and efficiency, but also on stamping production organization and management.
