Teacher checks the words Ss say out some words of appearance and personality 利用课本1a的表格，归纳总结描述身高，体重，外貌，性格的词汇 Step4:practice and pre-listening Look at the picture in 1a and talk about it. S2：She is …now 根据图片内容，把now 和in the past 的外貌做比较，导出used to 的用法，反复操练至熟悉。 Step5:While-listening 1b T:Look at the picture in 1b.Bob is seeing three friends for the first time in four years.What did his friends use to look like? Ss try to write the key words while they are listenting to the tape. 在熟悉used to用法的基础上，根据图片与听力内容完成1ｂ，从而进一步让学生掌握used to用法。 Step6:Practice 1b Accord
