Free talk (an invention) 2. Let students see some pictures. Ask：Do you like drinks？What kind of drink do you like？Let Ss answer the questions. 3. Ask: What’s the most traditional drink in China? Would you like tea? Do you know how tea is produced? Who was tea invented by? Ss talk about the questions. Step 2 While-reading 1. Fast-reading: Ask Ss to guess what the passage is about. 2. Skimming: Let Ss read the passage quickly and match each paragraph with its main idea.
