PAGE  . . 乐视企业战略布局研究 摘 要：战略布局的相关理论的诞生于发展过程.是随着市场经济的不断完善而形成的.其目的在于服务于融入市场经济的公司需求.根据公司的状况.进行相应的指导与调整。战略布局是对资本市场的一种客观性假设分析.其经过严密的数学推导与计算.对企业的价值和企业战略布局的联系性作出相应的判断.证明了企业价值并不受到企业战略布局的影响。影响乐视战略布局的因素.在对其分析的过程中.能够对企业的价值等方面有更为直观的了解.反应出企业发展的整体趋势.为企业的内部改革提供可行性的借鉴内容.在通过对战略布局的优化过程中.不仅能够提升企业资本的形成质量.还能够充分发挥企业自身的实际价值。本文以乐视企业为例,从企业外部环境、企业内部资源与能力、管理能力等各个方面进行分析,主要运用相关经济发展理论等对乐视企业战略布局的现状进行分析,并对如何更有效的实施企业战略管理提出合理化建议。 关键词：企业管理；企业发展；战略布局；经济市场；战略选择 RESEARCH ON ENTERPRISE STRATEGIC LAYOUT Abstract: the theory of strategic layout emerged in the development process, is formed with the continuous improvement of the market economy, its purpose is to serve the needs of the company into a market economy, according to the companys status, guidance and adjustment accordingly. The strategic layout is an analysis of the objectivity hypothesis on the capital market, through mathematical derivation and calculation of the tight, make the corresponding judgment on relation value and enterprise strategic layout of enterprise, and proves the effect of enterprise value are not subject to corporate strategic layout. Influence factors of LETV strategic layout, in the process of the analysis, to the value of the enterprise, have a more intuitive understanding, reflects the overall trend of the development of enterprises, to provide feasible reference content for the internal reform of enterprises, in the optimization process of the strategic layout through, can not only improve the quality of the formation of enterprise the capital, also can give full play to the actual value of the enterprise.
