某小区换热站供热现状分析及改造方案 ☆ 甘肃省轻纺工业设计院有限责任公司 梁建荣 焦国权 四川建筑职业技术学院 梁建莉 摘 要：针对某小区换热站的供热现状，通过理论计算及现场数据收集，对现有换热站 供热系统中存在的诸多问题进行了分析，分析认为：一次热网的供给流量小于小区供热的需 求流量；换热站循环水泵配置不合理，导致了二次网系统“小温差、大流量”的运行工况； 换热站内板式换热器结垢严重，换热器内部或一次网系统有堵塞现象等。针对现状分析，提 出了两套切实可行的改造方案，并对方案二的系统设计、设备工作原理及系统优点、自动化 控制等进行了说明，同时对该方案改造完成后的供热效果进行了评价，评价认为，在现有换 热站系统运行效果差、运行能耗高的状况下，采用直连混水机组替代换热站的供热系统可以 提高供热品质、减小运行能耗。 关键词：换热站 一次热网 二次热网 流量 供热系统 直连混水机组 Analysis on the current situation of Heat supply in a District Heat Exchange Station and its renovation Scheme By Liang Jian Rong☆ ，Jiao Guo Quan ， Liang Jian Li Abstract:In view of the current situation of heat supply in a district heat exchange station, this paper analyzes many problems existing in the existing heat exchange station heating system. The analysis shows that the supply flow of primary heat network is smaller than the demand flow of district heating, and the circulating water pump configuration of heat exchange station is unreasonable. The scale of plate heat exchanger in heat exchanger station is serious. According to the analysis of the present situation, two feasible reconstruction schemes are put forward, and the system design, the working principle and the advantages of the system, the automation control and so on of the second scheme are explained. At the same time, the heating effect after the renovation of this scheme is evaluated. It is concluded that under the condition of poor operation effect and high operating energy consumption of the existing heat transfer station system, The quality of heating can be improved and the energy consumption can be reduced by replacing the heat exchange station with direct water mixing unit.
