层次分析法改进及在空调冷热源方案决策 中的应用 1 青岛理工大学 王刚 张晓霞 刘进宇 摘要：采用层次分析法进行方案决策时，判断矩阵元素赋值环节一般采用专家打分制， 由于研究者对影响因素比重分配不平衡，导致最终决策存在个人倾向性。为提高决策科学性， 本文以青岛市某工程商住综合区空调冷热源方案为依托，将经济性、技术先进性、节能性、 环保性4 个评价指标作为准则层方案决策参量，依次对方案层每一备选方案经济性、节能性、 环保性进行详细计算分析；利用各方案经济性、节能性、环保性计算数据之间的相对大小给 评价指标相应判断矩阵元素赋值，并将该值作为判断矩阵元素客观基础输入量。该方法采用 主客观相结合方法对各评价指标对应判断矩阵每一元素进行赋值，更具实用性、方便性及科 学性。 关键词：层次分析法 改进 冷热源 优选 Application of Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process in Air Conditioning Cold and Heat Source Scheme Decision Wang Gang Zhang Xiaoxia Liu Jinyu Abstract: When using the AHP to make decision-making, the expert scoring method is generally adopted in judgement matrix element assignment. Due to the unbalanced distribution of the influencing factors by the researchers, there is a personal preference in the final decision. This paper relies on an air-conditioning cooling and heat source scheme of a commercial residential area in Qingdao, and uses the four evaluation indexes of economy, technology advancement, energy conservation, and environmental protection as the decision-making parameters of the criterion level plan, and calculates the economy, energy conservation and environmental protection of each alternative plan in turn in detail. By using the relative size of the calculation data between the economy, energy saving and environmental protection of each scheme, the evaluation index of the matrix element is assigned to the evaluation index, and the value is used as the objective base input of the judgement matrix element. This method uses a combination of subjective and objective methods to evaluate each element of each evaluation indexs corresponding judgment matrix, which is more practical, convenient, and scientific.
