天骄福邸节能仿真初探 胡艺萌 彭惠旺 杨平 程向东 武汉纺织大学 摘 要：为探讨本项目建筑节能潜力，尤其是商场裙楼全年动态能耗情况，采用 Sketchup 建模，在Energyplus 的可视化用户界面Openstudio 设置商场模型各类参数，通 过 Openstudio 得到全年逐时负荷的直观图像，将 Openstudio 生成的 idf 文件导入 EnergyPlus，得到商场各个分区的全年逐时负荷数据文件。结果证明，通过模拟得到的图像 和数据结果，能够与天正软件对比验证模拟软件可行性；划分空调季、过渡季；利用Visual FoxPro 处理数据，筛选不同负荷区间的时间数得到商场负荷分频图。本项目一系列的节能 仿真手段能帮助设计人员在设计阶段得到建筑模型的能耗动态模拟数据，能减少空调设计的 初投资和运行投资费用，同时对空调行业能源与经济可持续发展有重要意义。 关键词：OpenStudio； EnergyPlus； 空调设计； 节能仿真 ：全年动态模拟计算 Abstract: In order to explore the potential of energy-saving in this project, especially the annual dynamic energy consumption of the shopping podium building, the simulation model is established in SketchUp, input parameters of the shopping mall simulation model are set in Openstudio, which is a visual user interface in EnergyPlus, and the visual results of annual hourly loads are obtained in Openstudio. Importing the IDF file generated in Openstudio into EnergyPlus to get annual hourly loads files of each thermal zone for the mall. These results show that simulation results of images and data have access to verify the feasibility of simulating software, help to divide the air conditioning season and transition seasons, filtrating loads data to get frequency division charts by analyzing results in Visual FoxPro. In this project, a series of energy-saving simulation methods could help designers to get the dynamic simulation data of building model at the design stage, which can reduce the initial investment and running investment cost of air conditioner design, meanwhile, it is important to the energy and economic sustainable development of the air-conditioning industry.
