对中国近零能耗居住建筑设计标准及其 评价的建议 ☆ 大连理工大学 舒海文 孙星维 吴思琦 张琦 宋波 端木琳 摘 要：随着建筑节能理念的深入，各国对近零能耗建筑的发展越来越重视，而根据我 国现有国情，合理地制定近零能耗居住建筑标准对促进建筑节能及相关技术发展具有重要意 义。目前，我国现有标准尚不够成熟，在一些关键技术指标的规定或限制等方面还需要进一 步明确。为促进我国相关标准的完善，作者提出一种近零能耗居住建筑设计标准的评价体系 框架，同时对现有的 《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术导则》（居住建筑）中的设计部分阐述 了自己的看法，并就负荷、能耗、冷热源效率等指标的设定问题提出建议，以便使其更具科 学性和可操作性。 关键词：近零能耗； 居住建筑； 评价体系； 能耗； 负荷 Suggestions on the design standard of nearly-zero energy residential buildings of China and its evaluation ★ By Shu Haiwen , Sun Xingwei, Wu Siqi, Zhang Qi, Song Bo and Duanmu Lin Abstract:With the development of building energy conservation, nearly-zero energy buildings are being paid more and more attention. It is very important for the development of building energy conservation and the relevant technology to establish the standard of nearly-zero energy residential buildings according to the current situation of our country rationally. The available standard is not matured enough and the specifications or limits on some key indexes need to be further clarified. In the paper, a framework for the evaluation of nearly-zero energy building design standard is brought out and some suggestions are given on the design part of the technical guidelines for the ultra-low energy consumption green buildings (residential buildings). Suggestions are given on the limits of heating and cooling load, energy consumption and the energy efficiency of heating and cooling source in order to make it more practical.
