变频多联机组制冷综合性能系数实验研究 天津市制冷技术重点实验室天津商业大学 孔帅 杨永安 摘 要：对变频多联机组进行测试，控制室内、外侧环境干球温度为 27±0.05℃，湿 球温度为 19±0.05℃。关停相应室内机，调节压缩机频率，分别测试机组负荷100%、75%、 50%、25%范围内的能效比（EER）,然后对比国标中对制冷综合性能系数（IPLV）的两种不同 要求下机组最合理的IPLV 值。通过变频测试可知，随着压缩机频率的增大，机组能效比逐 渐减小。在AMU084F 室外机匹配四台LB_20 室内机的变频多联机组测试中，对比两种标准可 知，企业标准对变频多联机组的要求更高，IPLV 值高出另一种标准0.75%，此机组满足国家 1 级能耗标准，高出国家标准57.35%。 关键词：制冷综合性能系数 变频多联机组 能效比 压缩机频率 Experimental study on integrated part load value of variable frequency multi unit Tianjin Key Laboratory of Refrigeration Technology, Tianjin University of Commerce Kong Shuai Yang Yongan Abstract:To test the variable refrigerant flow unit, the indoor and outdoor dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature should be controlled within 27±0.05℃and 19±0.05℃ respectively. To test the energy efficiency ratio (EER) within the load range of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% of the unit through adjusting the frequency of the compressor when shut down the corresponding indoor unit. Then the most reasonable integrated part load value (IPLV) of the unit is compared with the two different requirements of the comprehensive performance coefficient in the national standard. It is known that the EER of the unit gradually decreases with the increase of the compressor frequency through testing the frequency conversion. In the test of AMU084F with four LB_20 indoor units, it is known that the enterprise standard requirements for multi units higher, and the IPLV is 0.75% higher than that standard. So the unit to meet the 1 national energy consumption standards, and the IPLV is 57.35% higher than the national standard.
