在主语从句中用来表示惊奇、不相信、惋惜、理应如此等,谓语动词用虚拟语气(should) +do,常用的句型有: It is necessary (important, natural, strange, etc.) that... It is a pity(a shame, no wonder, etc.) that... It is suggested (requested, proposed, desired, etc.) that... 　(2)表示建议、请求、命令、要求、坚持等及物动词后面的宾语从句中要用虚拟语气,常用的这类动词有suggest, propose, insist, desire, demand, request, order, command等。如: Suggest 暗示 Insist 坚持说 从句不虚拟 (3) 主语是suggestion, proposal, request, decision等表示建议、请求、要求、决定等意思的词时,表语从句中谓语动词要用虚拟语气(should) +do。如: 　　 (4)表示建议、请求、命令、要求、决定等意思的名词后面的同位语从句中谓语动词要用虚拟语气(should)+do。如: 　　 建议、请求、命令、要求、决定等词用在名词性从句中都用should虚拟。 试区分以下是什么从句 The question how I did it is hard to answer. They had no idea where they should go to find some food. The question whether he comes or not is not important. The question that he put forward is hard to answer. Do you know the fact that he stole the car? Do you know the fact that they were talking about? 定语从句中的that既代替先行词，同时以在从句中作某个成分（主语或宾语），而同位语从句中的that是连词，只起连接主句与从句的作用，不充当句中任何成分。 that在宾语从句中的省略与保留 (1).在主+谓+it(形式宾语)+宾补+that从句 例: We must make it clear that we mean what we say. (2).但如从句是并列句时,第二个分句前的that不可省 例: He told me （that ）he would come and that he would come on time. (3)当that作介词宾语时，that不可省掉 The reason lies in that she works harder than the others do. （4）主语从句，表语从句，同位语从句不省。 其它问题 否定的转移、插入 若主句谓语动词为think, suppose, believe, expect, guess, imagine等，其后的宾语从句若含有否定意义，一般要把否定词转移到主句谓语上，从句谓语用肯定式。例如： ________________________________ 我认为这件衣服不适合你穿。 What do you think has happened to him? I don’t think the dress fits you well I doubt if / whether he will pass the exam. I don’t doubt that we will win the match.
