基于PLC的传送带机械手控制系统设计 摘 要 工业机械手传送带系统是流水线自动化生产的重要组成部分，它完成了物件的运送、抓取、转移等功能是大规模集成控制系统的基础工作单元。在以前的控制系统中，大多数是用继电器做为开关量控制，自动化程度低，效率损耗较大，已经不能适应目前的生产需要。 该控制系统采用可编程控制器为核心，通过对信号的采集、处理、输出一系列的集中控制，使生产更安全稳定高效。设计中完成了硬件和软件的设计。实现了传感器、变频器、机械手等硬件的调配控制，实现传送带自动减速，机械手抓放等功能。 PLC作为控制核心的使用比原有的系统控制性更强，应变更灵活，操作更简单，使系统拥有可靠性高，稳定性好、抗干扰能力强，维护方便等众多优点，为安全高效的工业生产提供了更好的硬件环境。 关键词：机械手传送带；PLC；继电器；自动控制； THE DESIGN OF PLC-based CONTROL CONVEYOR MANIPULATOR SYSTEM Abstract Industrial manipulator conveyor belt assembly line automation system is an important production component, which completed the delivery of the items, crawls, transfer function is a large-scale integrated control system based on the work unit.
