基于PLC的矿用挡车栏控制系统 摘 要 随着自动控制理论和 PLC 技术的发展,具有易于使用、功能强大、高可靠性、扩展能力强、广泛的适用性和组成控制系统的简洁性等诸多优点的PLC控制技术,得到了越来越广泛的应用。本论文以作者研究的基于PLC的矿用挡车栏控制系统项目为背景,从PLC控制系统设计的角度,探讨PLC控制技术的应用。 本课题主要是对基于PLC的矿用挡车栏控制系统进行设计,以实现有效的对挡车栏进行手动控制和自动控制;并且能够对矿车的运行状态进行实时监控,当矿车运行出现问题时可及时报警并控制挡车栏对矿车进行拦截;能够实现与上位机进行通讯,可以在人机界面中观察矿车状态并进行手动操作。本次设计应用小型可编程控制器(西门子S7-200 CPU224)作为控制系统硬件部分控制核心,采用组态王设计人机界面,使用CAD制图软件绘制电气原理图,采用西门子STEP7-MicroWIN编程软件进行编程。 程序调试结果表明本次设计的系统能够实现对矿用挡车栏的自动和手动控制,可与上位机进行通讯。本设计可应用于现场工作。 关键词:PLC 挡车栏 控制系统 通讯 ABSTRACT With the development of the theory of automatic control and PLC technology, with easy-to-use, powerful, high reliability, scalability, broad applicability and composition of the simplicity of the control system, and many other advantages of PLC control technology, have been increasingly using. The thesis takes PLC-based mine cars blocked field control system project as the background, from the point of view of the PLC control system design, to explore the application of PLC control technology. The main subject of the PLC-based mining car retaining hurdle control system designed to achieve effective bar block car manual control and automatic control; and real-time monitoring of the operational status of the tramcar, when tramcar run problems timely warning and control block car field of tramcar intercept; able to communicate with the host computer, and can be observed in the man-machine interface the tramcar state and manual operation. The design application of small programmable controller (Siemens S7-200 CPU224) as control core hardware part of the control system, using King VIEW to design human-machine interface, CAD drawing software to draw electrical schematics, and Siemens STEP7-MICRO/WIN programming software to program. The tests show that the design can realize automatic and manual control to the car retaining hurdle, and can communicate with the host computer. This design can be applied with the field work.
