沈阳工业大学毕业设计（论文） 凝结水体外再生监控系统设计 PAGE IV PAGE III 凝结水体外再生监控系统设计 摘要 人类社会和人民生活水平的提高都迫切需多的能源消耗，尤其是电力的供应，目前电力主要依靠燃煤发电，在火力发电厂中,水处理是不可缺少的部分，而我国的热力发电厂今后将要向高参数大容量机组发展，因此为了保证机组的安全，经济运行,对水处理就有了更加严格的要求。本文将以凝结水体外再生系统作为主要研究对象，并结合Intouch组态软件和OMRON可编程控制器对其进行综述。 本设计在收集了大量的国内文献资料的基础上，综述了凝结水体外再生的工艺流程，简介了现今常用的处理方法,并且根据现场技术要求，进行了凝结水体外再生处理计算机监控系统的配置，该监控系统实现了凝结水体外再生生产过程信息的采集、处理和监控，同时提供了报警监测、自动生成报表、历史曲线等较为全面的功能。而且对Intouch组态软件和的高速的CPU、强大的网络功能、超强的画面设计做了详细的说明。 关键词 组态 监控 凝结水 体外再生 Abstract The improvement of human society and living standards of the people all need a lot of energy consumption urgently, especially the supply of the electricity, the electricity mainly depends on generating electricity with coal at present, in the thermal power plant, water treatment is an indispensable part, and the heating power power plant of our country will develop towards unit of large capacity of high parameter in the future, so in order to guarantee the security of the aircrew, economical operation, there is a stricter requirement for water treatment. This text, in order to condense the regenerated system outside the water body as the main research object, combining Intouch configuration software and OML programmable controller will carry on the survey to it. Originally design on the basis of collecting a large amount of domestic documents and materials, the survey condenses the regenerated technological process outside the water body, the commonly used treatment method of now of brief introduction , and according to the on-the-spot technical requirement, have condensed disposition of dealing with the computer monitoring system of external regeneration of water, this monitoring system has realized the collection , processing of the information of regenerated production process outside condensing the water body and controlled, offered calling the police to monitor, produce more comprehensive functions such as the report form , historical curve ,etc. automatically at the same time .
