PAGE II 闽南师范大学 毕业论文 基于免费的电子商务模式创新研究 The Innovation Research of E-commerce Model Based on Free 摘要 如何利用电子商务创新电子商务模式，挖掘新的利润来源是每家企业在开展电子商务过程当中所关注的课题。随着电子商务十几年的发展，电子商务模式也随着不断创新，基于互联网的免费商业模式创新不断呈现，并冲击着传统的商业运行模式，逐渐成为风险投资家与企业管理者所关心的核心。通过对免费电子商务模式盈利模式及创新要素的分析，发现创新的切入点，调整电子商务模式，创造出一个新的电子商务模式，获得企业竞争优势，对企业展开生产经营活动有着较强的理论指导价值和实践意义。本课题的研究方法和手段主要是对我国电子商务的发展状况进行了全面地分析，指出我国电子商务发展的总体趋势、总体水平和总体特征、存在的问题与瓶颈，并提出以新技术创造或改进商务模式从而创新商务模式，在研究的基础上探究电子商务模式的研究创新与应用方向。 关键词:电子商务模式；免费模式；创新要素 Abstract How to use e-commerce model innovation, and tap new sources of profit per e-commerce enterprises is a topice of concern. With ten years of development of e-commerce, e-business model along with innovation, a free Internet-based business model innovation continue to show, and impact on the traditional business mode of operation, has become the core of venture capitalists and business managers concerned. Free e-commerce model by model and innovative elements of profitability analysis, we found an entry point for innovation, adjusting e-commerce model to create a new e-commerce model, gain competitive advantage, expand production and business activities of the enterprise has a strong theoretical guiding value and practical significance. The topic of research methods and tools mainly for the development of electronic commerce conducted a comprehensive analysis, pointed out that the overall trend of Chinas e-commerce development, and the overall level of general characteristics, problems and bottlenecks, and propose the creation of a new technology or improved business model innovation business model in order to explore the direction of research and innovation and application of e-commerce model on the basis of the study.
