PAGE 广东工业大学 华立学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 基于Pro/E的风筒造型设计 论文题目基于Pro/E的风筒造型设计 系 部 机电工程学部 专 业 材料成型及控制工程 班 级 08材料1班 学 号 12020801004 学生姓名 梁启华 指导教师 二0一二 年 6 月 摘 要 Pro/E(Pro/Engineer)是一套由设计至生产的机械自动化软件，是新一代的产品造型系统，是一个参数化、基于特征的实体造型系统，并且具有单一数据库功能。 Pro/E是采用参数化设计的、基于特征的实体模型化系统，工程设计人员采用具有智能特性的基于特征的功能去生成模型，可以随意勾画草图，轻易改变模型。即在整个设计过程的任何一处发生改动，可前后反应在整个设计过程的相关环节。这一功能特性给工程设计者提供了设计上从未有过的简易和灵活。?? 本文应用Pro/E软件完成了风筒的三维造型设计。其中利用Pro/E的草绘模块、曲面模块、零件模块共同完成了风筒的外壳、前端网、后盖等的造型设计。同时利用Pro/E的组件模块完成了组成部件的装配。通过对各部件的设计，证明Pro/E软件在进行复杂的典型产品开发过程中具有简单、方便、快捷等特点，同时装配过程中能够对某一个零件进行修饰，使装配效果更加完善。 关键词：风筒，三维造型设计，Pro/E Abstract Pro/Engineer is a set by the design to the production machinery automation software, is the new generation of product modeling system, is a parameterization, based on the characteristic entity modeling system, and has the sole database function. The design of five modeling which include the hair dryer shell, the front end network, the back cover, etc. was completed by the Sketch of the module, surface modules, module parts of Pro/E. At the same time, module assembly components was complete through the component of Pro/E.
