铁路专用线危险货物运输安全指标属性 约简研究 王文宪 况珞 郭经纬 吕红霞 河南理工大学能源科学与工程学院西南交通大学交 通运输与物流学院 摘要: 为了对铁路专用线危险货物运输安全性进行科学合理的评价，系统分析了铁路 专用线危险货物运输特征及影响因素，从“人、机、路、管”角度出发，构建了 涵盖资质管理、安全设备设施、运输设备设施、安全管理4个层面的铁路专用线 危险货物运输安全评价体系。针对指标间存在的冗余性问题，采用基于改进区分 矩阵的粗糙集属性约简算法对评价体系进行精简，并以成都铁路局某条危险货 物专用线进行实例研究。结果表明：托运人资质、安全监控系统等10项指标为属 性约简后的重要风险因素。 关键词： 铁路专用线危险货物运输;评价体系;改进区分矩阵;粗糙集属性约简; 作者简介：王文宪，博士，讲师。 收稿日期：2017-08-04 基金：国家自然基金项目 Research on attribute reduction for safety indexes of dangerous goods transportation in special railway WANG Wenxian KUANG Rong GUO Jingwei LYU Hongxia School of Energy Science and Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University; School of Transportation and Logistics, Southwest Jiaotong University; Abstract： In order to evaluate the safety of demgcrous goods transportdtion in special railway scientifically and reasonably, the characteristics and influencing factors of dangerous goods t ranspor tat ion in special railway were analyzed systematically, and an evaluation system on the safety of dangerous goods transportation in special rai1 way, which covered four levels including the qualification management， safety cquipments and facilities, transportation equipments and facilities, and safety management, was established starting from the perspectives of passenger, equipment, railway and management. Aiming at the redundancy problems among the indexes, the evaluation system was reduced by using the rough set Qttributc rcduction algorithm based on the improved disccrnibility matrix, and the case study was carried out on a certain special railway of dangerous goods in Chengdu Railway Bureau. The results showed that ten indexes such as the shipper qualification, safety monitoring system and others were the key risk factors after the attribute reduction.
