The importance of distribution center which is logistics network node is beyond all doubt.Therefore, its site selection should be considered comprehensively. Firstly, this paper expounds current research situation of the site selection of the distribution center at home and abroad, then, conducting a theory research for the site selection of the distribution center and describing the influencing factors and site selection principles of distribution center in detail . On the basis of the research methods of the distribution center site selection, by analysing the factors affecting the site selection , the paper quote Wal-Mart stores as an example, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to optimization and evaluation the results of the site
