内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 毕业设计说明书 基于单片机的结晶器液压振动波形发生器的设计——下位机部分 摘 要 在连铸连轧生产过程中,结晶器按预定波形受控振动是连铸机正常生产的重要保障。目前先进的连铸机结晶器主要采用电液伺服振动装置,它可以方便地实现非正弦波形等多种振动规律、实时显示振动波形、在线修改振动参数,自动化程度高,是连铸生产中提高板坯表面和内在质量的先进技术。 如何控制结晶器(Mould)按给定波形规律进行振动是连铸生产过程的关键技术。本文设计的基于单片机的结晶器液压振动波形发生器的目的即控制结晶器按给定波形规律进行振动。该波形发生器以89C51单片机为核心，外接键盘及双缓冲方式D/A转换电路，可产生方波、三角波、锯齿波、正弦波以及非正弦波等多种波形，可通过键盘设定所需波形参数。根据波形发生器所给定的波形可以对结晶器振动进行控制。 关键词：:结晶器；液压振动；单片机；波形发生器；D/A转换 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） Based on SCM crystallization hydraulic vibration waveform generator design -- Under the crew of Abstract In the continuous casting tandem rolling production process, the crystallizer is controlled the vibration according to the predetermined profile is the conticaster regular production important safeguard.
