基于Pro/E的绣花机的设计与运动仿真 摘要：绣花机广泛应用于纺织行业中，随着我国纺织行业的快速发展，绣花机市场将面临着巨大的机遇，传统的设计方法已不能满足市场的需要。为了适应社会的发展，本文对绣花机的结构特点和原理进行了分析，在Pro/E零件设计模块下建立万向链式缝纫机的所有零件，然后在其Mechanism模块下建立各零件间的连接及装配自由度，对输入轴添加相应马达来产生与实际情况相同的运动，再对样机做运动分析，观察和记录分析过程中的一些测量值，以便对其结构进行改进及优化。该设计可以有效降低成本，缩减产品的研发周期，提高了设计效率，为新产品的开发奠定了基础。 关键词：绣花机；设计方法；Pro/E；虚拟装配；运动仿真 Design and Motion Simulation of the Embroider Machine Based on Pro/E Abstract: Embroidery machine is widely used in textile industry,with the rapid development of Chinas textile industry,embroidery machine market will be faced with great opportunities, the traditional design methods can not meet the needs of the market. To meet the social development, this paper will analyze the embroidery machine structural characteristics and principle ，design all universal chain sewing machine parts by part design module in Pro/E, and then add connections between the various parts and assembly flexibility under the Mechanism module , add the corresponding input shaft motor to produce the same movement with the actual situation, and then do motion analysis to the prototype, observed and record some of the testing process ,what are to improve and optimize its structure. The design can effectively reduce costs, shorten the production development cycles, improve efficiency and the new Foundation for the development of products.
