摘要 摘要 毛冬青总黄酮对脑缺血动物模型的影响 毛冬青总黄酮对脑缺血动物模型的影响 - - PAGE 13 - - - PAGE 10 - The Efeects of The total flavonoids of Pubescent Holly on cerebral ischemia Animal Models Li Shuang(Pharmacochemistry) Directed by Miao ming san ABSTRACT Objective: Through the research of total flavonoids of Pubescent Holly on four animal models of cerebral ischemia,we try to discuss the role of characteristics of total flavonoids of Pubescent Holly on the treatment of cerebral ischemia.The four animal models of cerebral ischemia include acute cerebral ischemia model in mice, transient cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model in mice, cerebral ischemia model in rats and blood stasis in rats with cerebral ischemia model. Methods: We establish a mouse model of acute cerebral ischemia, and then measured the breathing time and respiratory rate in mice;we establish temporary cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in mice by occluding and removing occlusio n of bilateral carotid artery,and measued clotting time, lactic acid content of brain tissue as well as the activity of ATPase;we made the model of cerebral ischemia in rats by Bilateral carotid artery ligation,and then measured LD content，MDA content and ATPsae activity of brain tissue,as well as changes in brain morphology indicators;we occlude bilateral carotid artery of rats after building blood stasis model by Intramuscular injection of dexamethasone injection to eatablish blood stasi s in rats with cerebral ischemia model,and then measured LD content，MDA content,ATPsae activity and LDH activity of brain tissue,as well as changes in brain morphology indicators. Results:The total flavonoids of Pubescent Holly large, medium and small dos e group, nimodipine group and Huatuo Zaizao pill group of mice can be significantly improved symptoms of acute cerebral ischemia model ,and can increase the respiratory frequency and respiratory time of mice in varying degrees.
