By applying the fac- tor analysis and path analysis, the paper built the measurement model of resilience cognition including so- cial, economic, ecological and governance items respectively. Further, the paper analyzed complicated influ- ence of vulnerability and response capability. The results are as follows: 1) The cognition of community resil- ience can be extracted by 8 factors, and the governance flexibility is the most significant factor. 2) In total, the average value of the community resilience cognition is 2.42, which is in the mediocre level. The cogni- tive value of the social subsystem is the highest, but the ecological and economic subsystem is the lowest. We should pay attention to accumulation of ecological assets and diversity of economy. 3) There exist differ- ent intensities among the independent variables influencing resilience on the single and compound effects.
