PAGE PAGE 2 毕业设计 （论文） 课题名称：报检员的工作要求与素质——以台州市鼎臣代理服务有限公司为例 系 部：　 经贸管理系　　　　　　　 专　　 业：　 国际商务 　　　　　　　 学　　 号：　 090416123 　　　　　　 学 生 姓 名：　 乐敏敏 　　　　　　　 指导教师姓名：　 李炎炎 　　　　　　　 指导老师职称：　 讲师　 　　 　　　 二○一一年 四月十六 日 摘 要 2001年12月11日，中国正式成为世贸组织成员。改革开放脚步的不断深入和对外贸易范围不断扩大，使得出入我国国境的人群、物流和货流的规模、范围、数量上也一步步地扩大。与此相应地国家的监管部门作用也越来越大，例如守卫着这一扇扇被称作“另类国门”的“国门卫士”中国出入境检验检疫局。当监管部门的监管力度逐渐加强时，各企业在货物进出口的环节中所遇到的问题也会相应地增多，对报检员的需求也会越来越大。这一系列因素直接促使着报检企业的数量迅速增加，但如果报检员的技能和素质不过关，不仅会给报检单位带来损失，而且也将会阻碍对外贸易业务的快速发展。提高报检员的工作技能、培养高素质报检人员已经刻不容缓。基于上述信息，以及本人所处的岗位优势，本文分析了新形势下报检员的工作要求及应具备的职业素质。 关键词：出入境检验检疫 国际贸易 报检员 职业素质 What Job Requirements and the Professional Quality should the Inspection Staff Have Abstract December 11, 2001, China formally became a WTO member. With the rapid development of the deepening of reform and opening up and foreign trade, access-border flow of people, logistics and cargo flow size, scope and the number of step by step to expand. And the regulatory role of the corresponding countries is also growing, such as guarding a fan know as“alternative country”“door guards ”China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. When the gradual strengthening of the regulatory supervision, the problems encountered by enterprises in the aspect of the import and export goods will rise accordingly, the demand for inspection staff will be more. This series of factors directly coutributed to the rapid increase in the number of inspection companies. If the skills and qualities of the inspection staff, but off, not only give inspection units results in a loss but will also hinder the rapid development of foreign trade business. Improve the skills of the work of inspection staff, and a train high-quality inspection personnel is desperately needed. Based on the above information, and I in which the positions, this paper analyzes
