PAGE / NUMPAGES 基于CAD/CAM/CAPP的灭火器盖注塑模具设计与制造工艺 摘要：本文详细地阐述了灭火器外壳塑件注射模具的设计过程与制造工艺。设计了注射模具中的各个系统，如浇注系统、导向与定位机构、侧向分型与抽芯机构，并对塑料材料性能进行了分析。根据塑件的产品数量要求，以及结构要求，该模具采用一模一腔。使用UG软件设计成型零件以及非标零件，即对模具进行分模、生成元件、装配、试模、开模等设计。除此之外，还包括模具型腔CAD/CAM/CAPP部分，并利用先进软件将其加工部分直接生成NC文件。本文强调利用现代计算机辅助设计制造技术，运用了NX8.5等国内外著名软件进行辅助设计。既保证了产品的质量，又缩短了产品更新的周期。同时可快捷的将三维图转化为二维工程图，直接指导生产。 关键词：注射模； 灭火器盖； CAD/CAM/CAPP Based on CAD/CAM/CAPP of fire extinguisher cover injection mold design and manufacturing process Abstract:This article in detail elaborates the fire extinguisher the shell of the injection mould design process and manufacturing process. Design of the individual system of the injection mould, such as pouring system, guiding and positioning, side parting and core-pulling mechanism, and the plastic material performance is analyzed. According to the requirements of the plastic products, as well as structural requirements, the mould with one module and one cavity. Using UG software design of molding parts and non-standard parts, namely the mould parting, generation, components, assembly, test mode, open mould design. In addition, also including CAD/CAM/CAPP part of the mold cavity, and use the advanced software to its processing part generate NC files directly. This article emphasizes the use of modern computer aided design and manufacturing technology, using the famous at home and abroad such as NX8.5 aided design software. Guarantee the quality of the products and shorten the cycle of product updates. At the same time, can quickly convert three-dimensional figure into two-dimensional engineering graphics, direct production directly.
