本科毕业设计说明 题 目 自贡市仙市镇百胜休闲度假村 规划设计 学 院 旅游与会展学院 　 专 业 园林 　 学生姓名 李静文 　 学 号 201111115101 年级 2011 指导教师 孙佳媛 职称 讲师 　 2015年 5 月 16 日 自贡市仙市镇百胜休闲度假村规划设计 专 业：园林 学 号：201111115101 学 生：李静文 指导教师：孙佳媛 摘 要：百胜休闲度假村的规划设计以尊重当地的地形地貌为核心，因地制宜。尽量保留百胜村原有的农家特色，并且在原有特色的基础上，踢其糟粕，取其精华，将原有规划不合理的地方进行改进，规划比较合理有特色的地方予以保留。比如道路系统根据村民长期行走的经验，其本身已经形成了比较完整合理的道路系统，因此原有道路系统基本保留，只将一些断头路等进行优化。整体的规划是要将百胜村设计成以古镇为依托，以生态观光农业、休闲度假、商务会议为核心，并具有农家情趣和地域特色以及文化特色，与自然山水融为一体，体现山水田园风光，集观光、休闲、住宿、餐饮、会议、度假、娱乐于一体的综合性旅游休闲度假村。 关键字：生态观光农业、休闲度假、耕作采摘。 Zigong Xian town planning and design of Relax Resort yum Specialty： Garden Student Number：201111115101 Student：LiJingWen Supervisor：SunJiaYuan Abstract：The planning and design of the Relax Resort to Yum respect the local topography as the core, suit ones measures to local conditions.
