doi：10.3969/j.issn.1006-110X.2014.02.032 管线管氢致开裂试样检测及分析 杨 迅，张志远，叶小军，穆瑞三 （天津钢管集团股份有限公司，天津 300301） [摘 要] 对管线管氢致开裂（HIC）试验后试样进行超声波探伤和金相分析。结果表明：HIC 试验后未发现氢致裂纹 缺陷，但超声波探伤可检测到大型 B 类夹杂物及表面氢鼓泡。本试验所取试样较大 B 类夹杂物出现在管体壁厚中心 与外壁之间，可以大致推断较大 B 类夹杂位于原始铸坯 1/2 半径到表层细晶区之间，其成因与铸坯芯部成分偏析无 关。氢鼓泡中有大颗粒状氧化镁及硫化钙夹杂，其余区域为铝酸钙夹杂，故夹杂物是形成氢鼓泡的诱因之一。 [关键词] 超声波探伤；金相分析；氢鼓泡；氢致开裂；管线管 Inspection and Analysis on Samples of Hydrogen Induced Crack for Pipeline Pipe YANG Xun, ZHANG Zhi-yuan, YE Xiao-jun and MU Rui-san (Tianjin Pipe [Group] Corporation,Tianjin 300301, China) Abstract Ultrasonic detection and metallographic analysis were carried out on the samples produced in hydrogen induced crack (HIC) test for pipeline pipe. Results showed no hydrogen induced cracks were detected after HIC test but big inclusions of type B and surface hydrogen blisters at ultrasonic de－ tection test. The big inclusions of type B in test sample presented between pipe thickness center and outer wall. Thus rough inference could be drawn that big inclusions of type B located between half way radius and surface fine grain area of the original billet and its formation was not related to billet central segregation. In hydrogen blister existed big granular magnesium oxide and calcium sulfide inclusions and also calcium aluminate. Therefore, inclusion was one of the reasons for hydrogen blister formation.
