英文摘要Abstract 英文摘要 Abstract This thesis aims at the preliminary explorations of the preparating conditions of epichlorohydrin and magnetic nanoparticle-supported organocatalyst used for organic reactions. Introduced the existing epichlorohydrin production processes firstly,WO chose all increasingly arisen glycerin technology.With glycerol嬲raw material,we are trying to optimize reaction conditions to explore an energy-saving and environmental friendly route.Refer to the literature,we found that the water produced by the reaction has a great influence on the reaction,exactly proceed from how to get rid of the water,we designed a series of experiments to find out relatively energy efficiency and environmentally benign reaction conditions.The results obtained are as follows: 1)The optimum catalyst for the reaction of chlorination is adipic acid. 2)The optimum conditions for removing water in the reaction of chlorination are that hydrogen chloride gaS and reaction system ale dried by acidproofmolecular sieve. 3)The experiment results showed that the optimum content of adipic acid is 2 m01%, the optimum reaction temperature is 800C;After reaction for 1 0 hours,we call operate smoothly wiⅡl a conversion of 99%and a yield of 95%. 4)The optimum conditions for cyclical reaction is to use 1.2 equiv 40%sodium hydroxide solution as lye,the cyclical reaction can complete within 3 minutes at 750C,and reached a steady yield of 87%. Furthermore,several existing organocatalysts and immobilized organocatalysts used in catalytic reactions are also described.In order to break the boundaries between homogeneous and heterogeneous catalyst better,we chose magnetic nanoparticals as supporter of organocatalyst to immobilize proline and cinchona alkaloids respectively, and prepared a series of supported catalysts,and thdr catalytic activity in organic reactions were also studied.At present,the experimental results showed that those supported catalysts can accelerate the rate of the reaction,bu
