There are many constraints of Chinas market-oriented interest rate factors, how to stabilize and promote market-oriented interest rate reform, nurturing Chinas benchmark interest rate, speed up the main market of micro-economic reform, improve the central banks regulatory standards and so on ,facing a test. With market-oriented interest rate reform forward, broaden the area of market pricing and the expansion of the scope of interest rate volatility, Chinas banks is bound to the living environment and management have a significant impact. Strengthen the interest rate risk management, we must accelerate the reform of property right system, set up commercial banks interest rate risk management system, establish a sound internal control mechanism of interest rate risk, monitoring implementation of the interest rate and other measures.
