Blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric is widely used because of excellent shielding performance, wearability and price advantage. In this paper, stainless steel fiber blended fabrics as the research object, combined with micro and macro structure of the yarn and fabric, electromagnetic shielding factors of Electromagnetic shielding are studied. Firstly, the Electromagnetic shielding model of blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric is given based on the electromagnetic shielding model of ideal type electromagnetic shielding fabric.According to the theoretical analysis found that the affecting factors of blended fabric are the frequency of electromagnetic wave,yarn and fabric structure characteristics based on this model. Secondly, this topic designed and woven fabric a lot use of different content of stainless steel fiber blended yarn.fabric parameters were determined, the macro and micro structural characteristics of blended yarn and stainless steel fiber is observed, and the characteristics of blended yarn of stainless steel structure on the shielding effects and mechanism is analyzed .The results indicate that yarn coefficient of diameter,structure characteristics of steel fiber and stainless steel fiber content have a certain influence to the effect of shielding fabric. Furthermore, this topic designed and woven fabric a lot based on compactness and warp and weft density, stainless steel yarn distribution, fabric type.the
