吉林建筑大学本科毕业论文 摘 要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 目前，我国正在进行大规模的基础建设，建筑业在国民经济中的作用也越来越重要。为此党中央、国务院关于安全生产进行了一系列重大部署，使得政府和企业加大了安全生产的投入，在一定程度上保障了建筑业的安全发展，但建筑事故多发，其安全形势依然十分严峻，安全生产问题仍然突出。如何防范建筑事故的发生，保障安全生产，是目前急需解决的问题。论文首先进行了安全文化理论综述，阐述了安全文化的基本概念、安全文化的具体内容和建设方法。安全文化体系的概念、建立的程序、方法、层次结构。在此基础上，论述了建筑企业安全文化建设的内涵和原则、程序、基本思路、作用以及建设方法，对某企业进行了的安全文化建设实践，探寻其安全文化所在阶段和建设中存在的不足，进行了一系列实践活动。将安全文化的理论运用到建筑业安全问题的解决上，以达到改善其安全生产形势的目的。结果表明，建筑公司安全文化建设切实全面提升了企业安全管理水平。同时希望对其它建筑企业的安全文化建设起到借鉴作用，对改善建筑业安全形势能够有所帮助。 关键词：安全文化；建筑企业；体系 Abstract At present， the worlds largest ongoing infrastructure， the construction industry in the national economy increasingly important role.
