Enhanced hypercube is an important variant structure of hypercube. As multiple processor system network topology structure, it has the very good fault-tolerance and reliability. Studying the properties of the enhanced hypercube to the performance of the network has the great theoretical and practical significance. Group decision problem is a universal attention and research by the decision-making scientific problem, it is widely used in every field of social political and economic life. Group decision by two or more policymakers that form the decision-making is group for episode evaluation alternatives to choose a plan after the biggest decision making group utility multi-stage group activities. In real life satisfaction decision-making is very widely. This paper is divided into four chapters: In Chapter I, the paper mainly introduce the basic concept of graph theory and several famous interconnection network, and the paper also give a brief overview on the significance of this research, finally we summarizes the main content of this paper. In Chapter II, the paper mainly study the problem that the fault-tolerant paths in enhanced hypercube. （1） We propose an algorithm to judge the fault vertices distribution in enhanced hypercube. （2） It has been found that any two nonfault vertices x and y there exists a path with length no more than dH ??x, y ????3  connecting them in enhanced hypercube. （3） Meanwhile a good algorithm for fault-tolerant routing has been presented here.
