This paper uses software engineering method, analyzes any examples, find out the dependence relationship between each other, and build the business model, analyzes the system requirements, standardizes business processes and system operations, achieves the mutual operation between the modules, based on understanding the business process and charging the technology of the .net framework. In the detailed design, this paper describes database design and introduces the expense management, financial management, banking interface, the underlying database, system management and so on various functional components. Finally, the article describes the concrete realization of the online reimbursement system and the system application results are analyzed in economic evaluation.
