[基金项目]国家自然科学基金项目( 5 1 0 7 8 0 0 5 ) 、北京市哲学社会科学规划项目( 1 1 J G C 1 0 1 ) 城乡一体化进程中村庄体系规划研究 □　赵之枫，范霄鹏，张　建 [摘　要]随着城乡一体化进程的推进，引导村庄发展布局的村庄体系规划作为城乡居民点体系的重要 组成部分，亟待研究。研究分析了村庄体系规划的发展及其面临的主要问题，并总结了村庄与自然资 源、就业场所及农村集体经济组织紧密相连的特征。在此基础上，提出应将村庄体系规划纳入城乡一 体的规划体系内，探索与农村居民点特点相适应的村庄体系规划方法，构建与城乡一体化改革相适应 的规划实施保障体系，以完善城乡规划理论体系，促进城乡社会经济的全面协调发展。 [关键词]村庄体系规划；城乡一体化；农村居民点 [文章编号]100 6-002 2(2011)S0- 0211- 05　[中图分类号]TU982.2 9　[文献标识码]A Rural Planning on City and Countryside Integration/Zhao Zhifeng, Fang Xiaopeng, Zhang Jian [Abstract] With the advance of city and countryside integration, the rural planning which guides the countryside’s development is an important part that needs to be researched. Researcher analyzes the development and problems of rural planning, summarizes the closely connection of countryside, nature resource, work place and rural collective economy. Research proposes that rural planning should bring into the urban and rural planning system, explores the planning method which adapts the characteristic of rural residential area, constructs the implement and guarantee system which adapts the reform of city and countryside integration, will perfect the theory system of city and countryside planning, promote the coordinated development of city and countryside.
