羟苯磺酸钙致血肌酐结果假性偏低临床观察.doc

Ill 2018-03-29 10:29:48中国现代医生2018年5期 王敏张德伟 ［摘要］目的观察慢性肾脏病(CKD) 3?5期患者服用耗苯磺酸钙后采用肌氨酸氧化酶法检测 血肌酉干结果偏差水平，探讨轻苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血肌肝的影响程度。方法 选取82例 CKD3?5期未行透析治疗的患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上 加用疑苯磺酸钙0.5 g, 3次/dkl服，分别检测两组治疗前、治疗后1周血肌酹水平，实验组加测停 用疑苯磺酸钙1周后血肌阡水平，对照组亦检测同期血肌酊水平。结果两组患者治疗1周后血肌酊 水平較治疗前均有下降，实验组血清肌酹最低下降47.3 pmol/L,最高下降295.5 pmol/L,下降程度 明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(Pvo.01)；实验组停用疑苯磺酸钙1周后血肌酉干值较疑苯 磺酸钙治疗1周后血肌肝值明显上升，与对照组同期血肌肝值相比较，差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 拜苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测CKD3?5期患者血肌酹结果有明确十扰作用，检测值在一 定程度上低于实际水平，建议避免在评估肾功能期间服用疑苯磺酸钙。 ［关键词］拜苯磺酸钙；血肌断；肌氨酸氧化酶法；慢性肾脏病(CKD)；假性偏低 ［中图分类号］R961； R446.11 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编#］ 1673-9701 (2018) 05-0079-03 ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the deviation level of serum creatinine detected by sarcosine oxidase in patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) after taking calcium dobesilate, and to explore the effect degree of calcium dobesilate on the method of sarcosine oxidase in detecting serum creatinine. Methods A total of 82 patients with CKD stage 3-5 without dialysis were randomly divided into two groups? The control group was given routine treatment. The experimental group was given 0.5 g calcium dobesilate orally, 3 times/day. on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of serum creatinine in both groups were measured before treatment and one week after treatment. The level of serum creatinine in the experimental group after stopping the calcium dobesilate for one week was also measured? And the serum creatinine level in the control group in the same period was detected. Results Serum creatinine decreased after 1 week of treatment in both groups?
