摘 要 本工程是以轻型门式钢架作为结构形式的单层工业厂房。厂房为单跨，内设5t 梁式吊车一部。厂房为双坡屋面，除基础使用混凝土，其他所有主次要构件均为钢结 构。 本设计说明书包括建筑设计，结构设计和地基基础设计三部分。 建筑设计部分具体为建筑平面形式的选择，厂房剖面设计，厂房立面设计，厂房 的构造设计，门窗明细表。 结构设计部分包括方案选择，吊车梁设计，檩条设计，抗风柱设计，牛腿设计， 刚架设计，节点设计。各章节都详细验算了主要构件的计算过程。 在结构设计中，对各种构件的基本的设计思路如下：(1)建立合理的力学模型， 确定计算简图；(2) 计算各种情况下构件危险截面的内力；(3) 进行荷载效应组合， 得到可能的最不利内力组合；(4)对构件危险截面进行内力验算，继而确定其具体尺 寸(包括截面尺寸、板件厚度、螺栓直径及间距、焊脚尺寸及长度、疲劳验算等)。构 件的尺寸选择一般是通过经验公式进行初选，然后进行验算调整直至其符合要求。 关键词：轻型门式刚架；荷载组合；内力分析；结构设计与验算 Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt This project is a single-story industrial plant which uses Light Portal Frame as its construction form. The plant consists of one crosses, which is set with one soft hook bridge cranes, and is designed as gable roof. all other major and minor elements take steel as their material. The design specification, including architectural design, structural design and foundation of three parts. Architectural design for the constructionplane tosome of thespecific forms of choice, plant profile design, plant design elevation, the structure of plant design, door and window schedules. Part of the structural design, including program selection, the design of the crane beam, purlin design, pillar of wind-resistant design, corbel design, rigid frame design , the nodedesign. Chapters detail the main components of calculuscalculation.
