山东科技大学学士学位论文 摘要 PAGE 摘要 生产线平衡率在某种程度上决定着企业设备和人员的利用率，并限制着生产线生产能力的提高。基于电子生产企业生产线的工艺平衡问题是一般劳动密集型生产企业的普遍存在问题,分析工艺平衡是提高生产率的关键问题,有助于采取相应的措施,以利于企业生产效率的提高。 本文通过对装配工艺及装配生产线平衡的研究，结合电视机生产的特点，设计出该产品的装配线平衡方案。过程中主要使用测量的工时数据及现场观察，通过程序分析、操作分析、动作分析、鱼骨图分析法找出影响平衡率的问题，运用工业工程手法，“ECRS”、“5W1H”“人机作业分析”、“动作经济原则”等对原产线进行优化。最后,引入缺料预警系统,将产线生产与物料供应联系起来，使整个生产线的平衡率得到更大程度的保证。最终为该公司优化出一条效率更大的生产线，为企业创造更多的效益。 关键词：生产线平衡 人机作业分析 动作经济 鱼骨图 程序分析 缺料预警 山东科技大学学士学位论文 Abstract Abstract To some extent production line balancing rate decide the utilization ratio of the enterprise equipment and staff, and limits the increase in capacity of the production line. Production line process balance problem based on electronic production enterprise is the widespread problem of the general labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises, Analysis process balance is the key to improve productivity, it is helpful to take corresponding measures in order to improve production efficiency. This article through to the research of the assembly process and assembly line balancing, combining the characteristics of the TV production, Design the product assembly line balancing schemes. In the process we mainly use the measured data and the observation on the spot, through the program analysis, operation analysis, action analysis, fishbone diagram analysis to find the problem affects balance rate, using industrial engineering technique, ECRS, 5 W1H man-machine operation analysis, the principle of motion economy and so on to optimize the production line. Finally, the introduction of the warning system of lack of material connect the production line with the material supply. The whole production line balance rate is greater guaranteed.
