AbstractIndustrial Abstract Industrial coal．fired boilers are widely applied in different kinds of fields in our country．Although，automatic control has been applied in most of them，many boilers are still in a low level of automatic contr01．With the development of industrialization，the lagging controlling method cannot meet the requirements of the companies，and most automatic control system have a higher development cost．So，the development of control svstem with a cheap cost and a high automation level is very valuable for small and medium enterprises。 The h衲are and software of the automation control system of coal·fired thermal oil boiler are introduced detailedly in this thesis．The combination of the PLC and touch screen was used as the top level design in the control system．In the hardware design，the first step is choosing and installing the PLC，inverter and touch screen；Secondly,Design the circuit wiring diagram and complete wiring work in the control cabinet based on control requirement and logic sequence．In the software design，pick up fuzzy self-tuning PID to control the output of the inverter and introduce the process of designing the fuzzy controller based on control theory and experience；Secondly,write the PLC program based on the control requirement and logic sequence；Finally,in order to make workers monitor the operation situation conveniently,develop the interactive interface for workers using EB8000 to monitor the whole process． In the automation control project of a company,the above control system is successful applied，and a good control effect and profit have been obtained．The system runs stable and helps decrease the labor intensity and cost of source and the company．After operating the system for one year shows that：this system is feasible and valuable to spread． Key words Industrial coal-fired boilers；Automatic temperature system；PLC；Fuzzy； PID：stable 万方数据 目 目 录 目 录 摘要 I Abstract ··II 第1章绪论 ·1 1．1论文的研究背景 ··l 1．2国内外研究现状及发展趋势 ··2 1．2．1锅炉控制系统的发展历程 ·
