万方数据 万方数据 11 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the development of optical technology，it has important application value to study the adsorption characteristics of optical substrate surface．Common optical substrates follows， aluminum，magnesium fluoride，calcium fluoride，silicon，quartz，aluminum oxide，germanium and zinc selenide．By using contact angle measuring instrument，we get contact angles of different material surfaces．The solutions we chose 5％、10％、15％、20％、30％of the sodium chloride solution，the potassium chloride solution，the hydrated calcium chloride solution，the sodium sulfate solution，the magnesium sulfate solution，and pure water．It was showed that，firstly， contact angles the different surfaces of the substrate range is 5。-20 after cleaning by the plasma cleaning machine adequately，contact angles are’very small，shows strong hydrophilic of optical substrate．The selected common materials wet with salt solutions well．Secondly，with the increasing of salt solution concentration，the contact angle is increasing．Thirdly，the bigger the concentration of solution viscosity is，the bigger the contact angle．Fourthly,contact angle of Chloride solutions range from 5。to 1 2 contact angle of the sodium sulfate solution ranges from 5。to 1 2 the magnesium sulfate solution，ranges from 5。to 1 2 O．Fifthly，the zinc selenide has larger contact angle than others and hardly changes the concentration of salt solutions． Graphene has special two—dimensional crystal structure and good electrical properties，and it is likely to enhance the optical characteristics ofexisting optical substrates．By studying the interaction of graphene with water molecule with the Materials Studio software，we work out the adsorption energy,and get related optical properties。It is shown that single water molecule graphene has very small adsorption energy，mainly owning to the der Waals interactions．Graphene has hJigh hydrophobic，adsorbed water molecule has little effect the electronic structure of graphene．The optic
