PAGE 盐城师范学院毕业论文 吸附树脂对邻苯二甲酸的吸附热力学和动力学研究 中 文 摘 要 本文通过静态吸附和动态学实验研究了几种吸附吸附剂(NDA150树脂、活性炭(AC)、邻苯二甲酸酐树脂(PTA)、1,2,4-苯三酸酐树脂(TMA)对邻苯二甲酸的吸附性能及吸附机理。结果表明:四种吸附剂对邻苯二甲酸均具有较好的吸附效果。邻苯二甲酸在四种吸附剂上的的吸附是物理吸附为主放热过程。Freundlich吸附等温方程很好地拟合邻苯二甲酸在PTA、TMA、NDA150、AC上的吸附行为,属于多分子层吸附。热力学研究显示,吸附自由能变ΔG 0,反应过程可自发进行。吸附焓变 ΔH0,表明反应放热。吸附熵变ΔS 0,表明反应熵的减少。苯二甲酸在四种吸附剂上的吸附过程符合准一级动力学方程,吸附速率常数大小顺序为ACPTATMANDA150。 关键词:吸附树脂;邻苯二甲酸;吸附热力学;吸附动力学 Thermodynamics and kinetics of o-phthalate adsorption onto sorption resin Hu Jin Abstract Adsorption properties and mechanism of o-phthalate adsorption onto sorption resin were studied through the static adsorption and dynamics experimental in this paper. The results showed that four kinds of adsorbent (PTA, TMA, NDA150, AC) all had good adsorption effect for o-phthalate. The adsorption process was a physical adsorption. Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation could fit the adsorption isotherm perfectly which indicated multi-molecular layer adsorption was the primary way. Thermodynamics parameters showed that the adsorption was spontaneous and the adsorption process was exothermic. reaction heat release. Pseudo-first order kinetic equation could fit the adsorption process and the sorption rate constant was AC PTA TMA NDA150.
