东北石油大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 基于虚拟现实技术的油田维护仿真系统的研究与实现 摘 要 本文首先介绍了油田维护仿真系统实现的环境，即利用虚拟现实技术，概括总结了什么是虚拟现实和目前国内外的研究现状。其次着重阐述了场景模型的构建，如三维模型实时生成和优化，细节层次描述，模型对象实例化，纹理映射和光照、材质的运用等。 通过对油田维护仿真系统的体系结构的了解，利用三维建模平台3ds Max对虚拟人、驴头、曲柄、支架、管线等进行建模、烘焙；利用虚拟现实工具Virtools组建虚拟场景，完成主要场景和人物的搭建，模拟出类似真实的虚拟环境。从3ds Max中输出场景和虚拟人的模型，导入Virtools中进行了交互模块设计，实现了抽油机转动、人物按照指定路线走动等功能，部分步骤配以小窗口视频播放、背景音乐和操作解说，生动地展现了油田维护的操作场景。 关键词：虚拟现实；抽油机；维护仿真；光杆密封圈 Abstract This thesis first introduced the environment of oil maintenance simulation system. It summarized what does virtual reality is and introduced the development level at home and abroad by using virtual reality technology. Secondly it mainly explained the construction of the scene model. Such as real-time 3d model generation and optimization, the level of detail description, model object instantiation, texture mapping and the use of light, material, etc. Through the deeply understanding about the construction of the oil maintenance simulation system, using 3d modeling platform to create the model and then bake them, like virtual human, lv tou, crank, stents, pipelines and so on.; Using virtual reality tool Virtools to simulate the environment which is similar to the real one by forming the virtual scene and accomplishing the set up of the main scene and the character. Design the interaction module in Virtools for the models which were exported from 3ds Max like the scene and the virtual human. And realized many functions as follows: such as the rotation of the pumping unit, character moving according to the designed route and so on. Some steps maintain the small window video, background music and the explanation about the operation, which vividly shows the operation scene of oil maintenance.
