中华人民共和国教育部 东北林业大学 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 浅谈企业文化 学 生： ** 指导教师： 马洪亮 学 院： 东北林业大学 专业年级： 工商管理 2015年3月 浅谈企业文化 摘 要 二十世纪八十年代，美国管理学者提出了企业文化理论，随后各国学者纷纷致力于企业文化的研究与实践。近年来在我国，随着世界经济的不断融合，人们对企业文化也有了比较深刻的认识，企业文化建设也被一些企业提到企业自身建设的日程上来，企业文化是企业综合实力的体现，是一个企业文明程度的反映，也是知识形态的生产力转化为物质形态生产力的源泉和动力。企业文化关系着一个企业的生存和发展。良好的企业文化对于企业整体的氛围和形象产生积极地影响。本文通过对我国企业文化现状的分析，从融合民族文化、合理借鉴西方管理经验的角度，就如何创建有中国特色的企业文化作了进一步的探讨。 关键词： 企业文化建设；企业文化理论；特色企业文化 Discussion on enterprise culture Abstract In?twentieth Century?eighty,?USA?management?scholars put forward?the theory of corporate culture,the research and practice of?later?scholars?committed to corporate?culture.?In recent years in China,?as the world?economy continues?to the enterprise culture?fusion,?people?also have a?more profound understanding of?enterprise culture construction,?some enterprises have been?mentionedon the agenda of?the construction of the enterprise itself,?like?put ones heart and soul into?thelittle swan,?always in good faith to the?Haier......?On?the construction of enterprise culture?is?Chinaoutstanding representative.?However,?we also?must be aware,?my country some?enterprises in?the construction of enterprise culture,?there still exist some?misunderstandings:?for example,?no?cultural phenomenon,?the phenomenon of?cultural?Utopian,?westernization?phenomenon.?In this paper,through the analysis of the?present situation of our countrys?enterprise culture,?drawing on Western?management experience?from?the?perspective of national culture,?fusion,?and made a further discussion?on how to create?a?China?characteristic corporate culture.
