1. Introduction (1) The operation procedure of this document applies to the servo adjustment support tool NC Analyzer. For details on functions or operations, refer to the NC Analyzer Instruction Manual (IB-1501086(ENG)). (2) Since settings described in this document are used for simplified adjustment and are performed in a stability-oriented manner, there are different settings from those described the Instruction Manual of the drive unit. (3) #1267bit0 (ext03): The change of the high-speed high-accuracy control G code can be operated either by 0 (conventional format) or by 1 (MITSUBISHI special format). (4) For adjustment, it is essential to execute automatic operation (cycle start). Beforehand, set the standard parameters for the spindle motor using NC Configurator2. Make sure that #2013 (OT-), #2014 (OT+), etc. of the soft limit have been correctly set. Since the adjustment causes axis movement and axis vibration, be careful of confirming safe conditions, machine interference, etc. (5) Complete the spindle assembly or bring it close to completion before adjusting the spindle. Since the spindle is easily influenced by the machine system conditions, such as inertia and friction, attach beforehand at least a chuck, cylinder, jaws, etc. that should be attached to the spindle. Especially for a lathe, without attaching items with large inertia, such as chuck, cylinder, jaws and maximum workpiece to be processed, adjustment results change heavily, and alarms may be triggered after installation. Since the maximum permissible rotations and inertia are different between the milling cutter and the drill in the machining center or the tapping center, prepare the tools for checking Maximum rotation and Maximum inertia respectively.
