黑龙江八一农垦大学本科毕业设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 40 黑龙江八一农垦大学本科毕业设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 本论文包括植质钵育秧盘成型模具的设计、模具的应用两部分。 通过对传统的水稻栽植方式存在的缺点进行了剖析，传统水稻栽植时穴与穴之间的秧苗有盘根现象，插秧时也有较为严重的伤根现象，而钵育水稻育秧方式可避免盘根伤根现象，且能大大提高水稻的产量。通过植质钵育移栽，无需缓苗，较比普通育秧延长12-15天生长期，还实现了秸秆还田。 植质钵育秧盘成型模具的设计，是研制水稻钵育机械的一个组成部分。成型模具设计的一般步骤是：设计压缩成型成品件（秧盘）、选择压缩成型方案、选择压缩成型设备、模具结构设计、模具零件设计。通过对各步骤、模具的各种结构、模具的各种零件的分析，最终完成了秧盘成型模具的设计。 模具材料和热处理技术是影响模具质量、性能和使用寿命的关键因素，多数模具的早期失效，是由材料和热处理的因素造成的，所以需要正确选择模具材料和热处理工艺，来提高模具的使用寿命和使用性能。由于秧盘原料的粘性，脱模状况是模具的重要性能之一，也是影响制品质量的重要因素，所以有必要研究提高模具脱模性的方法。 关键词：模具；造型；植质钵育秧盘 Abstract The thesis includes two parts: the design on a modelling mould of vegetable matter seedling tray, the applicationt of model.
