Website accessibility optimization, refers to a certain site planning, design, construction and maintenance of technical specifications and ideas normative role, can adapt to different sites, including disabled persons, visitors, using a different network access devices are able to successfully to obtain needed information. Visual Accessibility Web site optimization, that is, sites optimized through the barrier-free, able to adapt to visually impaired and the normal site visitors. Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language is a multi-media manipulation language which prescribes multimedia for the introduction of XML by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).
